1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MOET Curriculum Management: Formulate academic plans, report to the MOET/DOET, develop assessment matrices, and manage digital student records.
• International Program Supervision: Collaborate with partner TNN to ensure quality control, observe native teachers, and adjust learning paths.
• Faculty Development: Conduct internal training, provide pedagogical guidance, and evaluate monthly KPIs/performance for primary staff.
• School Activities & Admissions: Organize Summer Programs, Art Galas, field trips, and participate in student intake entry assessments.
• Operations & Stakeholder Relations: Manage the department budget, handle risk management, and resolve high-level parent concerns.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Primary Education, Educational Management, or English Pedagogy (with Primary Teaching Certificate).
• Experience: Min 3-5 years of teaching; at least 2 years as a Subject Head, Grade Leader, or Program Manager in bilingual/international schools.
• Language: Excellent English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 - 7.0+), capable of direct academic discussion with foreign partners.
• Skills: Systems thinking, deep understanding of primary psychology, and skillful B2B negotiation.
