NUTRITION AT TIS
At TIS International School, nutrition is a top priority. We believe meals not only help physical growth but also provide essential energy for learning and discovery.
TIS menus are based on the nutrition pyramid with expert consultation, combining 4 main food groups:
- Carbohydrates
- Fiber & Vitamins
- Protein
- Fats
Breakfast
Students choose from different options daily helping them eat according to preference while ensuring nutrients.
Lunch & Dinner
Includes: main dishes, soup, vegetables, rice, and dessert.
Snacks
Afternoon snack at 15:20 and late-night snack (boarding) at 20:45.
Monthly Buffet
Last Friday of each month, TIS hosts a buffet for all students and staff to enjoy international dishes and bond.
